Introduction

Built frompractice.

Luis Alberto Calderin de Flores founded LXV International Security Management out of operational security work.

His professional career in the security sector includes deployment in demanding environments, responsibility for teams as a shift leader, and direct dealings with clients, incidents and crisis situations.

This experience forms the foundation of LXV: security that does not come from theory, but from an understanding of what actually works in operations – and what does not.

Operational Experience

Proven inoperations.

Crisis Intervention

Acting in critical situations – calmly, in a structured manner and with clear priorities.

De-escalation

Recognising conflicts early and defusing them through communication and composure.

Access Control

Consistent enforcement of access rules with a professional demeanour.

Incident Reporting

Recording, assessing and documenting incidents accurately and traceably.

Leadership Experience

Responsibilityfor people.

As a shift leader he was responsible for teams in live operations: allocation of duties, briefings, quality of execution and communication with clients.

For him, leadership means setting the standard by example, defining responsibilities clearly and leading personnel so that they act safely and professionally even in difficult situations.

Instruction and qualification examination under German trade law.

02

Aviation security training under EU Regulation 2015/1998

Training in aviation security in accordance with the European regulatory framework.

03

Security training, Protectas SA

Industry training with an established Swiss security company.

04

Tactical self-protection and de-escalation

Conduct in conflict situations, self-protection and de-escalation techniques.

05

Transcultural competence

Training in professional conduct across different cultural contexts.

Note: The qualifications listed under German and European law are training and instruction certificates. They do not constitute a Swiss professional licence.

Security Philosophy

Structurebeats chance.

„LXV was built from operational experience – with the ambition to make security more structured, more professional and more controllable.“

For him, security is not a product to be delivered but a process to be led. Preparation, clear communication, de-escalation and accurate documentation matter more than presence at any price.

Premium does not mean luxury but reliability: the client should know that someone has the overview – before, during and after the assignment.

Vision

The visionfor LXV.

LXV is to grow into a Swiss security management company that understands security personnel, operational leadership, training and digital infrastructure as one system.

The path there is deliberately incremental: quality and structure first, then growth. Credibility matters more than appearing larger than one is.
